As the name already says, the Billing Section is for Billing-related stuff. You can subscribe to the Premium Plan in the Billing section and purchase the lifetime plan. You can cancel your Premium Subscription here and on the [**Stripe Customer Portal**](https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/14kaG74FZ4IVghy5kk).
